Company business field: FMCG + manufacturing
Procurement contact and business partner to Cross-functional Teams:
• Lead E2E sourcing, P2P process for RPM to serve requirement of Factory and in-direct purchases of Sale, Marketing, IT, HR, Finance as well as MRO, Capex related to manufacturing.
• Develop, implement and drive Procurement strategies, policies and trading standards.
• Establishes clear and measurable goals that challenge procurement to continuous improve; to use financial and quantitative data to manage performance.
• Co-ordinate with cross-functional areas to identify, develop and managed strategic business relationships to enable implementation of the business growth strategy, revenue achievement and new product development initiatives.
• Ensure that the purchasing function can deliver to other functional areas ( e.g. Sale, Marketing, R&D, IT... ) for quality, timely procurement service and assistance.
• Manage day-to-day Operation from PR/PO process to timely shipment management.
• Build and maintain win-win relationships with suppliers, responsible for the integration of supplier's service, quality, capacity, logistics and delivery for material and service requirements for manufacturing sites.
• Develop contingency plans and alternatives to ensure supply security.
• Manage sourcing and secure OEM & co-packing supply to support product portfolios and business needs.
Drive Procurement KPIs related to value, quality & service and resilience:
• Drive the implementation of performance metrics, tools and processes to optimize procurement activities.
• Deliver cost savings based on sourcing strategies and compliance management.
• Monitor overall performance of the supply network and ensure continuous improvement.
• Identify and build partnerships with key suppliers on an operational level.
• Ensure 100% suppliers to be compliant in Responsible Sourcing Policy.
• Efficient, timely and transparent communication to internal customers.
Lead a team:
• Establish clear and measurable goals that challenge team to continuously improve.
• Lead team to meet goals and objectives in support of the overall business strategy.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to develop a high performing team.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University graduation from Foreign Trade, Economics or related fields.
• At least 7 years of experience in buying/procurement in which having 2+ year at managerial level, preferal manufacturing organization.
• Good Market Reading, Price Benchmarking and Price Forecasting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, ERP and other Procurement systems.
• Good command of English, writing and speaking. Other language is plus.
• Good at interpersonal, problem solving.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influence skills.
• Willing to take challenges, strong analytical ability.
• Hard-working, integrity, sociable.
