Senior Product and Procurement Manager

The Senior Production and Procurement Manager will be responsible for assisting the product development management team in handling current and/or new product development and procurement projects. Monitor and control production progress and ensure all external and internal parties are on time, on budget, and on par with quality standards. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as Production and Procurement Managers. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage contract manufacturing production (Branded and Off-the-shelf). • Manage procurement sourcing for new consumer products (Domestic and global). • Oversee daily operation of production and schedule. • Manage and supervise product development projects to ensure satisfactory delivery. • Oversee procurement process from vetting to qualification of contracted manufacturer. • Manage external vendor/contracted manufacturer from quotation to mass production. • Supervise with logistic team to ensure production shipment is on track and schedule. • Supplier Chain/Vendor qualification, management, and assistance with 3rd party audit. • Purchase order and production On-demand planning.

YOUR SKILLS: • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in management position (Engineering, mass production, supply chain and/or PMC). • Excellent planning and organizational skills. • Excellent written and spoken command of English, and Mandarin. • Knowledge in procurement, mass production, LEAN/Six sigma, and PMC is a major plus. • Knowledge of working with production ERP systems (NetSuite, Emanage, SAP, etc). • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, etc). • Ability to work in a team environment and independently. • Organized and able to work in fast pace, multitasking environment with the global product team. • Consumer electronic, OTC medical, and small domestic appliance production experience is a major plus. • Working knowledge and experience with 3PL logistics suppliers is a major plus. • Amazon experience is a plus (FBA/FBM). • Immediate availability is a plus. • The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City with up to 15% traveling to Mainland China and internationally.
