Job Description
Role Overview:
Responsible for managing the business performance and marketing activities for the Accommodation product. Drive growth, ROI, and lifetime value through data-driven optimization and experimentation. Work cross-functionally with product, analytics, and vendor teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Business ownership & Campaign management
- Take full ownership and accountability on the sub-product / sub-area marketing delivery
- Able to independently set up and monitor marketing metrics related to certain sub-products/features, and ensure that decisions made are data driven
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for campaign/experience optimization, and execute marketing strategy and optimize it for maximum ROI.
- Work with relevant stakeholders on the implementation of marketing efforts for the growth of the business.
2. Customer Lifecycle Management
- Monitor and push Accommodation consumer segments towards business objectives
- Regularly monitor and evaluate owned media communications through customer retargeting canvas
- Lead the Product Marketing Executive to be able to deliver all own media communications (Push Notifications, Landing Page, In-App Message, Email, etc) to ensure high funnel-to-funnel conversion.
3. Offer Management
- Regularly monitor and evaluate owned media communications through customer retargeting canvass
- Liaise with our Revenue & Growth team to develop a better coupon infrastructure
- Monitor performance against plan and take corrective actions to achieve objective by liaising with channels, pricing and promo teams.
4. Communications and Leadership
- Guide and develop the team members in terms of analytical thinking and technical capabilities
- Identify needs (product / service offering and marketing levers) to meet customer demands & liaise with other teams in the organization to implement these changes.
- Collaborate with various teams (Pricing, Revenue management, Data, and Product) in identifying and delivering the levers needed for costs-savings or increasing the revenue margin while achieving the top-line growth.

Requirements
- Have 3-4 years of experience in Consumer Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Product Marketing
Passion in data-driven marketing and creating growth
Good analytical, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking
Self-driven, love challenges, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and get things done
Excellent communication, passion, dedication, and energy
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to details
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a rapidly changing environment
