Collect, receive and clarify user requirements
Write and discuss with users to finalize Business Requirement Specification
Gather business and system requirements from Product Owner
Assist PO in defining requirements and suggest ideas
Assist team in knowledge transfer of existing system
Create system requirements documents
Work with QC to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled
Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 3++ years in Business Analyst roles
Degree in Information Systems or related field
Have good communication skills, speak English fluently
Experience in reading, analyzing, and developing diagrams (UML and modeling tools,…),
Familiar with product wireframes, and mockup tools (such as Axure, Balsamiq, or Figma…..)
Strong strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
Experienced with UI/UX, and with a user-centric mindset or understanding.
Writing skills, presentation documents, presentations, and training in both English and Vietnamese.
Degree in Information Systems or related field
