Senior Production & Material Planner (Semiconductor)

We are seeking a Production and Material Planner to manage end-to-end material and production planning. This role involves working directly with vendors and factory teams to ensure on-time delivery and effective inventory control. Description Execute MPS by converting MRP orders into purchase or production orders using SAP ERP. Review and confirm new orders and bookings daily. Manage supplier delivery schedules to meet production and backlog requirements. Maintain accurate customer on-time delivery (OTD) metrics. Monitor and manage order backlog to ensure timely deliveries. Partner with program teams to support complex order fulfillment. Maintain planning-related master data in SAP. Profile 5+ years of experience in material and production planning, preferably in the semiconductor industry. Strong understanding of MRP processes and SAP ERP. Proficient in Excel for data analysis and planning. Good English communication skills; Chinese is a plus. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. APICS certification is a strong advantage.
