Direct Functions
GENERAL
Daily support offshore in managing Process plant performance. Ensure that process equipment works within predefined operating envelops and performs intended function. Work with offshore to identify abnormal/poor performance of the process plant and provide immediate support to trouble shoot and to fix problems.
MAIN
Process
- SPA - Production compliance to local regulations, Industrial codes and standards, company/group
regulations, LNDs and OMS.
- SPA - For Production Strategy, Well Operations and IM strategy, and Flowline operation
management. Technical assurance in these areas.
- SPA - For Production performance management with clearly defined KPIs. Ensure the
implementation, evaluation, and improvement of equipment performance on selected system of
(flowline, chemical injections and utilities)
- SPA - Work instructions/procedure to define operating parameters/regime for process plant (on
selected system of: flowline, chemical injection and utilities, Supports and lead when needed in
managing operations of separation, dehydration and compression.
- Supports and provide technical assurance for Production allocation and reporting
- Anticipate and participate in debottlenecking identification, study and implementation. Seeking
opportunity for process optimization.
- Process upset investigation and RCFA
Process safety and integrity management
- SPA - Process Safety Management & Compliance with industrial / company standards.
- SPA - Block 06.1 Process Safety Management strategy and implementation
- SPA - Lead and participate in PHA (HAZID, HAZOP, PHSSER, What-if analysis, FMEA, FTA, Check
list)
- SPA - Lead in maintaining operating envelops of LTP process plant (implementation and validity).
Participate in development and review of operating envelop on selected processing system (Flowline,
chemical injections, and utilities) except subsea and electrical system.
- SPA - In Development and reviewing and validating Trip and Alarms register for process plant &
utilities (Excluding electrical and subsea system)
- SPA - Ensure validation of Causes and Effects, ESD Logics for process plant and utility (except
Electrical and Subsea system). Participate in reviewing C&E and ESD logics on selected system.
- Participate in Corrosion management (Corrosion matrix define)
- SPA - Ensure P&ID and vendor drawings review is carried
- SPA - Chemical Selection for both Production chemicals and Laboratory usage
- Participate in Process Plant Modification following MOC process and procedure
CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT
- Selection contractor for Process/Process Safety services/equipment (if any)
- Site management of Contractor Performance (Operations & HSE)
- HSE compliance
- Promote and build up HSE culture
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

- Stand-in for Production manager, lead the team of production Engineers of 3. Facilitate for
resolutions for complex work and problems as assigned.

- Comply with all company HSE requirements for the job and as a minimum with all HSE requirements
including golden safety rules
- Strictly comply with Rosneft’s Policy on Combatting Corruption and all relevant procedures of Rosneft

Knowledge / Skills:
- The Senior Production Engineer requires the following key skills/characteristics:
a) Technical - Mastery in Oil and Gas Production Technology. Be able to analyze and identify and implement operations requirements to the latest applicable regulatory and industry codes and standards. System commissioning. Production well testing.
b) Technical - Skilful in Operations Excellence. Production Critical Equipment (PCE), Well operations and optimization, System debottlenecking, Production QA/QC, Production efficiency and Continuous Improvement process.
c) Technical – Skillful in Process Safety and Integrity Management, Guidance On Certificates, MOC and Managing Major Emergency Response.
d) Technical – Basic application of Project Management, CVP process.
e) Analytical skill – Excellent – Capable of visualizing, articulating and solving complex problem and concepts and making decision with available data (sometimes limited)
f) Partnership & team work – Excellent – understand and appreciate strengths of team work. Seek to improve and develop cooperative relationship across departments and partners to get the job done. a) At least 7-10 years’ experience in the E&P – Upstream operations Oil & Gas in supervisory level, at least 2 years in the same position.
b) Requirements for 5 years in offshore experience and 5 years in onshore operations support function.
c) Extensive experience in operations from the well to delivery and redelivery points
d) Experience in Subsea Production System (Subsea well, flowline, gathering system, etc.,) both in operations and control.
Computer Skills:
a) Skillful in MS office and MS Project
b) Basic application for Simulation software: Hysis, Pipesim
c) Engineering software (CAD, or any similar is preferable)
Special requirements : medium degree of mobility
