Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Senior Manager ($5000, ID13616)
Plan and implement production schedules
Ensures production schedules are being met and resolves any production schedule issues.
Arrange production machinery and human resources to meet production targets and company strategy
Coordinating with other departments to ensure production running smooth.
Set the quality standards and monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control program
Optimize production line, machines and equipment to eliminate waste, reduce cost and defections
Responsible for developing, testing, modifying and creating solutions to technical problems.
Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.
Propose methods to improve the system to improve productivity, product quality and reduce risks in production.
Maintain and control all HSE activities as maintenance, fire prevention system, health and safety regulations so they follow international standards.
Staff training and development according to job needs
