Senior Project Manager (Rooftop Solar)

The ideal candidate will be leading a team of Project Engineer which responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope, with annual COD target of 15MWp to 30MWp for roof top solar for Commercial & Industrial segment. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to HQ management.

Responsibilities

• Creates, monitor and manages approved project’s budget & timeline for the team

• Knows and understands the requirements of owner’s contract including, development of contract requirements, bonds fees, schedules, quality, timeline and costs.

• Manage procurement activity with HQ and manages subcontractors, based on pre-determined requirements.

• Collaborates with BD and EPCC as pre-construction team to prepare, review and monitor information and reports related to all costs involved in developing the budget for the project.

• Manage sub-contractor relationship, which includes, but not limited to, initial scope and proposal review, developing final proposal based upon agreed scope of work.

• Collaborate with EPCC, subcontractors, local authority, equipment suppliers, and site-specific construction suppliers to develop a timeline for delivery and completion of milestones prior to project start-up.

• Drive improvement plan with GM to improve on operation, such as vendor qualification, cost analysis, risk analysis

• At least 3 years of experience leading a team as manager

• At least 3 years of experience in Rooftop solar / Commercial & Industrial solar industry

• Bachelor's Degree of Electrical or equivalent experience

• Strong business acumen in project planning and management

• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

• Able to communicate in English and Vietnamese
