Mô Tả Công Việc
Key accountabilities:
• QA/QC plan + FTY Line Plan, at the assigned factories
• Ensure Final inspections Pass Rate 100%, OT Delivery, Good Quality as AQL2.5 (1.5).
• Readiness of QC File, PP Package, Approved Seal Sample, before PPM.
• Conduct PP Meeting, and do Inspections (inline, TOP, Final)
• Sample Checks (cutting sample, TOP, AD, etc.)
• Monitor and assess all reports (fabrics, trims, garments, tests), ensure all meets the approvals.
• Report and suggest solutions of quality issues at production, at real-time, YES/NO with QAM for factory production start and continuity, CLOSE the issues.
• Systems required by the customers (booking, inspections, report, etc.)
• Reports, DATA and files to server.
• Report Production and Quality status to QAM, CFT, as daily and weekly base.
• Others will be assigned by QAM.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements:
• 3-5-year experience at QA/QC role at buying office or vendor office for US and EU market and product standard operating procedure (SOP) and quality manuals.
• Certified QA/QC by brands, retails are advantage.
• Able to travel to factories across the regions in Vietnam.
