Senior QC Inspector

• Perform the tests specified in the ITP and according to approved technical procedures and instructions. Prepare and sign quality control reports (QC Form)

• Check to ensure that the welding procedures (WPS) and welders used in production have been fully tested and qualified. Monitor and record welder skills in "Welder Continuity Performance Log"

• Ensure that the welding materials and procedures used in practice are consistent with the design and welding procedures.

• Check the calibration period of measuring and testing instruments before use.

• Supervise subcontractors performing non-destructive testing (NDE). Review non-destructive testing reports, sign these reports on behalf to QAQC Manager (QCM).

• Sign to confirm the acceptance results on the QC Card for each stage.

• Collect and maintain quality control reports and machining reports. Prepare reports to submit to QCM.

• Issue NCRs when detecting any items that show non-compliance with the company's Code and Quality Manual, and immediately report to QCM. QC staff also have the full right to immediately stop production work related to non-conformities.

• Make QC inspection report & document management

• Minimum Working Experience: Work experience minimum 2 years in QAQC position experience management field.

• Minimum Educational Attainment: University degree in mechanical engineering (machine manufacturing, welding, casting, pressure machining, etc.)

• Professional Qualification: Knowledge & Experience for built, inspection & management QMS in according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, related fields (steel, casting...)

Skill Required:

• Knowledge in the fields of QC, design, and document management.

• Read drawings, read standards (AS 1554.1 & AS 4100, ASME IX, ASME VIII, AWS D1.1~D1.6 Code), excel, word, English, communicate.

• Working under time pressure, performing tasks requiring high precision and responsibility.
