Senior QS Staff (Mechanical Engineer) - CV In English

- Take off quantity from sketch, concept design, tender drawings, and cross-check the tender quantities

- Preparation of BOQ (Bill of quantities) and other documentation in both English & Vietnamese

- To design, co-ordinate, submit, procure of Heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC) system, Plumbing and Sanitary system (P&S), Fire Fighting (F/F) and utility systems for construction projects

- Evaluation quotations and estimates

- Keep abreast with the market material price

- General correspondence

- Assign tasks to contractors and subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process

- Communicate with the management, contractors and sub-contractors on the adjustments to cost estimates to facilitate smooth transition of information

- Conduct the negotiations during the course of the project in order to ensure issues are resolved

- Manage team of Junior Quantity Surveyors

- Male: 26-32 years-old

- University Degree in Mechanical Engineering

- At least 3 years of experience working in same position and 02 years of working at site

- Intermediate skilled in AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word

- Intermediate English Skills
