2. Maintain quality system, products’ certification to comply with Groupe Seb global and local regulation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB: Build up Zero Quality Defect Culture
1. Prepare Company Quality Strategies, build up “Zero Quality Defect Culture”, lead the implementation and maintain quality management systems/ ISO 9001.
2. R&D: Involve in the new product development process, define potential risk of quality, follow up and settle quality issues during development, trial and commercialization processes. Validate, propose specifications and qualify new product/package/material base on IEC, QCVN, customer requirement.
3. Supplier: Build IQC standard and transfer to supplier. Carry out audit and qualify new suppliers. Monitor quality performance & follow up CAPA implementation of suppliers.
4. Production: Lead all the QA/QC activities at the production sites (GMP and GLP implementation, CAPA implementation & follow up, Defect Rate reduction). Support production to improve production efficiency (especially on NQSU, K-Factor).
5. Build and develop Work Instruction (WI)/ Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), FQC standards for QA processes, monitor Cp, Cpk, Quality issues, initiate, verify and follow up the CAPA implementation.
6. Customer/BU: Initiate, verify and lead the implementation of CAPA for the Quality related issues from Customer/ BU/ Third party’s complaints.
7. Manage equipment/tools for measurement/testing as well as technical/quality related documents.
8. Measure and rank QA/QC performance/implement Best in Class application (global audits, CAPA implementation & follow up audit).
9. Manage, train and evaluate QA staff (SPC, QCC, FMEA, MSA, Control plan, …)
10. Support the Kaizen implementation within the factories.
11. Act as single contact point for all QA/QC activities in the Company.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. University degree, major in quality management, electrical or mechanical engineering
2. Quality management experience for small electrical/mechanical products or plastic components.
3. Analytical and problems solving ability, proactive attitude.
4. Leadership and influencing capability on internal and external collaboration,
5. Good English communication.
