Senior Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work with product design and development teams on new product development process from idea stage to production launch

• Coordinate with D&D team to establish right product specifications & product inspection specifications

• Conduct Hazard Analysis and design reviews for all new products at different milestones during new product introduction processes

• Coordinate with different labs to insure right test schedules & Review/communicate test results

• Prepare technical documents to support shipments & announce the new product release

• Analyze quality data including customer complaints/returns to drive actions for quality improvement.

• Help vendors resolve quality related issues

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science/engineering education.

• At least 5 years quality integrity engineering experience; Children care product manufacturing experience is preferable.

• Good understanding of mathematics and statistics.

• Knowledge of quality related tools such as SPC & FMEA.

• Good command of English both in written and verbal.
