RESPONSIBILITIES
• Tech and non-tech recruitment upon request of company.
• Receive recruitment requirements and analyze requirements to write appropriate job descriptions.
• Search and screen CV, evaluate and select the candidates that match the recruitment requirements.
• Organize the implementation of interview processes according to the company’s regulations.
• Join external communication, job posting and employer branding activities of FPT Software.
• Recruitment report per month/weekly.
Yêu cầu công việc
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on IT roles.
• Have a large human resources database (especially in the IT industry), proficient in using social networks for recruitment like Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, high energy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
