- Work closely with Department Managers/ Team Leaders to meet hiring vacancies ’ requirements/qualifications.
- Manage recruitment’s status of each in-charge hub.
- Create source and manage candidate data pool.
- Other tasks will be assigned by the Line Manager.
- Have experience in mass recruitment, especially mass recruitment in the banking industry.
- Good in English writing and communication.
- At least 1.5 years of experience in the same position.
- Strong in recruitment skills, communication, negotiation, and presentation.
