Senior Recruitment Specialist
Job description
• Process end-to-end recruitment needs
• Liaise with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for match employees.
• Responsible for maintenance of recruitment database (records of candidates and outcomes throughout the process).
• Screening and short-listing applicants, interviewing candidates, organizing interviews between candidates and client companies, ensuring the recruitment speed, the efficiency of the vacancies, and candidate qualifications.
• Build up good relationships with potential talented candidates for any co-operation in the future.
• Follow up newcomers after recruitment to make sure they adapt fluently to the new team and environment.
• Providing advice to candidates on salary, training and career progression.
Job requirements
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook….
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Team spirit
• English: good
