Senior Research Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Research Analyst plays a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting real estate market data to produce high-quality research reports. These insights support Business Development, Leasing, and other internal teams in identifying market opportunities and advising clients. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transform complex data into clear, insightful reports.

Key Responsibilities / Scope of Work

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct desktop and field research on the real estate market across various asset classes.

• Gather, verify, and analyze market data to produce accurate and insightful property and market reports.

• Monitor and evaluate real estate market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and sector performance.

• Travel to project sites when needed to collect primary data and validate market information.

Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare quarterly, monthly, and ad-hoc research reports.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance databases related to property markets, transactions, supply, demand, and economic metrics.

• Design, format, and review research publications, presentations, and infographics.

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all published information.

Internal & External Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams (Business Development, Leasing, Advisory) to provide research support and tailored insights.

• Build and strengthen external networks to expand information sources and market intelligence.

• Work with the Marketing & Communications Department to produce content such as videos and digital media related to the real estate market for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube…

• Provide research input for pitches, proposals, and client advisory materials.

• Perform additional tasks assigned by the BOD.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related fields.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within multinational commercial real estate firms or reputable market research companies.

• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Vietnam’s economic landscape and property market, particularly in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi City, Da Nang City across commercial real estate segments, residential, office, retail, and industrial segments.

• Technical Skills: Strong analytical and research capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data. Familiarity with mapping/visual tools such as Paint, Google Earth, or similar software is a plus. Ability to produce well-structured Real Estate Market Reports.

• Digital & AI Awareness: Curiosity and willingness to learn and apply AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve efficiency in valuation and reporting workflows.

• Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
