Senior Revit Architect

We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Senior Revit Architect to join our team, working on a variety of Australian architectural projects. This role involves leading the development of architectural models and documentation using Revit, while coordinating with clients and consultants. Experience with BIM360 and strong communication skills in English are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the creation of detailed 3D Revit models and complete construction documentation for residential, commercial, and institutional projects in Australia.

- Coordinate architectural documentation with other disciplines (structural, MEP) in a BIM environment.

- Collaborate with Australian clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality and code-compliant documentation.

- Ensure all work complies with Australian standards, codes, and client requirements.

- Oversee the quality and accuracy of documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and schedules.

- Work with BIM360 for model sharing, collaboration, and issue resolution.

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior architects or drafters.

- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineer or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience working in Revit-based architectural projects.

- Proficiency in Revit for modeling and documentation.

- Familiarity with BIM360 is a plus.

- Good knowledge of building codes, planning regulations, and construction standards.

- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and consultants.

- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
