Job Responsibilities

1. Market Analysis and Development

• Conduct in-depth market research in Vietnam, analyze competitors, and develop and execute market promotion plans and goals.

• Establish and maintain partnerships with distributors, food producers, and other relevant stakeholders in the Vietnam region.

• Participate in local exhibitions and business conferences to develop potential clients on behalf of the company.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Arrange and visit potential and key local customers to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share.

• Establish a complete customer relationship management system, track customer information, and conduct regular follow-ups.

3. Sample Testing and Follow-up

• Promote product sample testing, maintain continuous communication with customers, track progress, and resolve issues.

• Arrange video conferences between customers and the Shanghai team to discuss potential cooperation and sample testing matters.

• Fluent in Vietnamese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), and good communication skills in English or Chinese.

• With 3-5 years of sales experience in food additives, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in flavorings or starch sugar sales.

• Results-oriented and willing to travel extensively to visit with clients in Vietnam.

• Excellent business negotiation skills, contract signing abilities, and customer relationship management skills.

• Familiar with Vietnam food regulations, understanding local market characteristics and consumer habits.
