IN CHARGE OF
1. Responsible for delivering high quality service to clients and candidates
2. Promote & build awareness of Navigos Search’s capabilities to an existing or new clients
3. Work with clients, find out about their business, their current and future recruitment needs
4. Attract quality candidates through preparing job descriptions/postings, screening and short listing applicants; as well as by networking and headhunting
5. Screen and interview candidates in accordance with company standards
6. Organize interviews for candidate as requested by the client

Job Requirements
• College Degree and above
• At least 3 years’ experience in Sales in relevant industry
• Fluent English, good interpersonal skills
• Highly professional, sales-oriented
