Mô Tả Công Việc
- Lead staff to advise and persuade customers to buy cars, use products and services;
- Training sales consultants;
- Monitor, supervise and motivate employees to complete departmental KPIs;
- Establish, maintain and develop relationships with customers;
- Executing foreign transactions, taking care of customers;
- Join related teams to organize events;
- Comply with company policies and regulations;
- Join tour, event with customers;
- Follow up and respond if customers call in an emergency;
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience;
- At least 2 years of experience in similar position;
- Strong negotiation/persuasion/customer care skills;
- Ability to establish relationships and solve situations well;
- Good knowledge in automotive industry, espcially big motorcycle;
- Have a spirit of teamwork, responsibility and a sense of self-discipline;
- Good English communication;
- Proficient in Microsoft office software and computer skills;
- A2 license is a plus.
