* WORK LOCATION
• Ha Noi: 2 positions
• HCM: 1 position

* ROLE PURPOSE
This role is responsible to establish channel management professional supporting various channel sales activities and customer relationship management to enhance distribution channel management performance. Key responsibilities include:
• Achieve channel sales target by month/ quarter/ year
• Expand channel partnership to increase coverage in the assigned geography
• Manage and support channel partners to grow sales and segment shares
• Handle to clarify the sales contract & payment terms for distributors;
• Do cost calculation and prepare costing, quotation, ordering document
• Support the process of managing existing local customer relationships and contacts new customers to discuss their needs, and ensures the needs are met by specific products and services.
• Write and presents proposals, negotiates value, addresses resistance to close the sale
• Work closely with service department about warranty procedures
• Provide technical support to customers; assist for any marketing activities and training courses
• Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor - Channel Sales Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor Degree in HVAC/Engineering
• At least 3 years in Sales Technical, prefer candidates with channel development experience
• Ability to work independently with all levels of customers
• Good command of computer skills
• Fair English communication skills
• Dynamic and good team player
