Mô Tả Công Việc
• Recognizing client needs and expectations and responding to these efficiently and professionally
• Conduct site inspections to assess viability and potential for leasing
• Continuously source business through networking, organizing marketing and preparing pitch proposals
• Support clients to get sufficient licenses needed for their operation
• Building up and maintaining close relationship with people at potential investors, before and during their business operations in Vietnam
• Process Paperwork: The Salesperson generates a sale, and it is the Sales Admin who puts that sale info through in the company system. This usually involves entering data into a computer and can also include filing paper orders, drafting the Offer Letter/ Quotation and Lease contract
• Support sale team to prepare the marketing/ presentation material
• Cold call/ follow up call with prospects clients
• Maintain an Accurate Database of Customer and Prospect Information
• Collect the information from Sale team and do weekly report which template will be released by the management level
• Liaison with other departments eg, finance, legal and customer service team to generate the necessary information that the sale team need to present/ respond to the clients
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 6 years of sales or customer support experience
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skill
• Well organization & time management
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Mature, dynamic and proactive
