Mô Tả Công Việc
• To be responsible for Sales turnover for freehand business in BLFS Vietnam, follow the company Policy of Sales target and Incentive scheme
• To be directly responsible for freehand business development
• Ability to be responsible for own P&L
• Ability to generate sufficient clients / business opportunities / sales leads to support healthy sales target fulfilment
• To be responsible for outstanding / AR
• To be entitled to Incentive Scheme
• To plan and implement Sales and Marketing strategies set up by company
• To contribute to the identification of specific business opportunities and participate in development of new or modified service offerings
• To ensure that of cooperating with other business division and departments.
• To travel for business when required
• Develop the image and brand name in the market dedicated in freight product
• Any others additional task and duties as required by the management
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Strong presentation and communication capability
• Fluent English both in written and speaking is preferred
• Good Microsoft office operation skill
• More than 5 years forwarding experience and at least 3 years freehand sales experience
• Strong experience in selling Freight Forwarding service to customer and in-depth understanding of business processes, include but not limit to FCL, LCL, Airfreight, Inland Transport, Customer Clearance, Warehouse and other services
• Team player
• Strong capability in hunting role with track record is a must
• Working under pressure
• Ability to convert business opportunity into real booking
