II. Main duty:
• You will represent our brand for the retail channel (Cosmetics store, some SPA for independent and some chain retailer) for HCM and South region.
• Visit and develop the sales of our brand.
• Follow and implement our marketing campaign by using the tools and materials define by the marketing department (product, speech, promotion program, event, assortment, display).
• Respect the company policy and make sure our retailers respect it.
• Develop the relationship with the retailers.
• Develop your customers portfolio.
III. Main tasks :
1. Sales :
• Plan and visit your customers daily.
• Prepare the visit in order to have a successful sales and good marketing campaign implementation.
• Increase sell in and sell out.
• Take purchase order from customers.
• Follow the sales performance of your customers in order to advise them.
• Make sure that our retailers respect our policy.
• Implement the sales support provide by the company (promotion, samples, combo…)
• Look and find new customers.
• Increase the visibility of the brand.
• Follow the referencing of the products (amount of SKU sell by the customer).
2. Training :
• Train retailer and sales advisors on our products and brand.
• Advise and plan express training at the end of the visit.
• Help to coordinate class training between the company and the retailers.
• Give to retailers the training document produces by the company.
• Keep retailer sales advisors motivated to advices our products.
• Follow and implement our planogram and merchendising policy at each visit.
• Make sure that the products presentation are respected.
• Set display to increase the visibility in stores.
• Set merchandising tools produce by marketing departement in store (wobbler, shelf…).
• Change tester and samples if necessary.
• Follow the marketing Campaign prepared by the company.
• Introduce to your customers and implement the marketing campaign.
• Use the tools provided by the company.
• Respect and follow the brand image and speech.
• Take part of the Development of the brand image.
• Report the field activity and the information collected on the field (visit, customers, sales).
• Report essential information from the market and the competitor.
• Support team in the coordination of event.
• Implement even and activity with your customers (testing class, skin analysis…).
• At least 2 years as Sales Rep./Sales Executive in FMCG (MT channel), healthcare, cosmetic industries.
• Negotiation, communication, selling, team management, analysis, planning, timing management skills.
• Flexible, hard-working, work pressure, retail channel insight.
• Salary : 12 – 16 million gross (Negotiable). 100% in probation
• Full SHUI of Basic salary from probation.
• Quarterly bonus : maximum 17,000,000VND (based on the complete job level of the Employee).
