Senior Sales Executive (Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food technology)
Role Purpose:
1. Implement business strategies and action plans as set by the company, ensuring consistent growth and stability in assigned customer accounts or designated territories.
2. Promote and uphold the company's brand reputation and standing within the industry through proactive customer engagement, professional consultation, issue resolution, and continuous client relationship management.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Executing Sales Plans and Strategies:
• Develop detailed work plans, including activities for brand promotion, technical support, and market development.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of product features, practical applications, supplier profiles, competitor activities, and market dynamics to better serve clients.
• Propose ideas to improve sales programs and customer engagement initiatives.
• Carry out marketing and sales campaigns in alignment with company standards and operational protocols.
2. Stock and Payment Oversight:
• Monitor inventory levels and customer receivables to ensure operational efficiency and timely payment collection.
3. Market Expansion and Client Development:
• Provide consistent client support through regular communication and service follow-up.
• Identify potential customers and establish new business relationships in your assigned market or industry segment.
• Coordinate meetings and welcome visits from partners, vendors, and clients at company premises.
• Gather and analyze information on industry trends, competitor movements, and market demand to support business decisions.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications & Competencies:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a closely related field.
• Proficient in English for both conversation and technical/business use (minimum TOEIC 700 or IELTS 6.0).
• Familiarity with sales consultation and marketing tactics.
• Strong communication abilities with persuasive presentation skills, active listening, and a positive response style.
• Ability to foster long-term business relationships and deliver high standards of customer care.
• Skilled in planning, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely execution of activities.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and time effectively.
• Reliable, detail-conscious, and ethical in day-to-day tasks.
• Responsible, self-driven, disciplined, growth-oriented, and creatively inclined.
• Able to work well independently and collaboratively, even in high-pressure situations.
