We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a background in the Food Seasoning sector to join our team in Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue and developing new business opportunities within the F&B industry.


Description

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
* Identify and target potential customers in the food and beverage industry and build strong relationships with key decision-makers
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
* Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs
* Work closely with the R&D team and distribution team to provide customized solutions and support to customers
* Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure profitable growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services
* Prepare and present regular sales reports to management


Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
* At least 7 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong focus on the food industry
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities especially with MT, HORECA & B2B Channels
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
* Ability to work independently and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
* Fluent in English and Vietnamese
