1. Develop, deploy and refine sales strategy and plan that are consistent with the target customer market positioning and pricing strategy for project to ensure accomplishment of sales volume and value targets for the development project.
2. Developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvement, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets.
3. Oversee and ensure an effective customer lifecycle processes spanning origination, sales, contracting and product customization.
4. Provide sales training to the sales team on every new product launching with constant monitoring of how the sale pitch is carried out to the prospects.
5. Conduct market surveys, provide details to management and keep track of the current market trends and pricing.
6. To coordinate and work with agents to ensure that they could achieve our targets.
7. Prepare weekly sales report for updates to the management.
8. Work with marketing team to oversee the writing of online/offline such as social media, website content, video, newsletters, corporate profile and provide inputs of the competitors products with comparison to ParkCity.
9. To source and put recommendation to the marketing team on the event venue for the exhibition booth.
10. Communicate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with corporate strategies, philosophies and advices from governance bodies and other relevant regulations in Vietnam
11. Develop and nurture a high-performing sales team to enable the team to execute and deliver company objective.
Yêu cầu công việc
Possess University diploma or Post Graduate degree, preferably in business management or related disciplines
A matured professional with a minimum of 12 years of work experience in a senior sales role;
Prior experience in property development industry is essential; experience in both residential and commercial markets will be an added plus;
Experience in sales administration is required;
Experience in Condominium or Township management will be beneficial
Good integrity
Result driven in sales
Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good time management, strategic planning and organizational skills.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, portraying an ability to move and inspire the sales team in a unified direction and vision
In depth knowledge of the business products together with analytical and strategic skills
Good knowledge of local real estate market
Drive for results
Effective communication with stakeholders of both local and foreigners
