Job Summary
The Senior Sales Manager – Wedding is responsible for driving wedding revenue by proactively sourcing, negotiating, and securing wedding accounts. The role focuses on effective account management, client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional service in line with hotel brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage an assigned portfolio of wedding clients and accounts.
• Proactively source, consult, negotiate, and close wedding sales contracts.
• Develop and implement sales plans; monitor and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Promote and sell hotel products and services, including weddings, banquets, F&B outlets, Spa, and Fitness facilities.
• Conduct site inspections and build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client data, prepare sales reports, and analyze business performance.
• Handle client feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards, operating procedures, and safety regulations.
Client Satisfaction
• Deliver professional, proactive, and dedicated communication with clients at all times.
• Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours and follow up within 24 hours after sending proposals or quotations.
• Continuously monitor, record, and improve the overall client experience.
Yêu cầu công việc
Required Education and Experience:
• A degree from an accredited university/college in related major.
• Individual contributor, at least 5 yoe in hospitality
• Sales Wedding experience.
• Language Requirement: Fluent in English.
