- Perform market and competitor analysis
- Build-up relations to end-users, consultants, SI and Distributors
- Introduce Bosch PACO systems to end customers, consultants and SI
- Define sales channels and distribution concept
- Report market requirements and trends to BU CO
- Set local pricing (in co-ordination with BU CO)
- Provide tools to sales force (e.g. presentations, features/benefits)
- Support market influencer (e.g. tender texts, planning support)
- Plan and implement training courses to customers and SIs (with support from BU CO)
- Support site commissioning and after sales
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 5 years work experience in the position of technical sales or product management with proven sales record
- Proven record in sales/ marketing/ business development of Sound and Communications systems
- Experience in project management is an advantage
- In depth knowledge of local markets, channels and competitors
- Well established contacts to market driving parties, consultants and influencers
- Adequate technical knowledge, product knowledge, marketing & business knowledge of the security and communication industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, good organizational skill, flexible, representative and must have commercial flair. Goal-oriented, independent, drive and initiative
- Understanding of target deployment and KPI steering
- Ability to think in PDCA cycle
- Matured, dynamic personality, self starter, self-motivated with planning ability
- Excellent negotiation skills in decision maker environment
- Good communication skills to different levels externally and internally
- Strategically thinking and planning
- Additional assets: clear priority setting, team leader, ability to handle conflicts
- Builder of strong long term relationship and networks
