Senior SAP WM Consultant

We are seeking a Senior SAP WM Consultant (Warehouse Management) to join our dynamic core team. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep expertise in SAP WM to provide guidance, rollout the solutions, and support our customers in their warehouse operations. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management processes, coupled with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP WM configurations and enhancements.

• Collaborate effectively with customer business teams and project teams.

• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, map business needs to SAP WM processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions.

• Understand and participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including custom development, unit testing, functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.

• Support SAP WM rollout projects and provide assistance to plants after go-live.

• Communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

• Work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.

• Build and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.

• Lead and mentor team members during rollouts, providing guidance on both functional and technical aspects of SAP WM.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in SAP WM consulting.

• In-depth knowledge of advanced WM functions (warehouse strategies, WO, WT, HU, POSC, resource management, wave management, RF, VAS, warehouse monitor, alerts, etc.).

• Additional knowledge of Shipping Cockpit, DAS, EGF, and MFS is an advantage.

• Experience with integration to other modules: MM, SD, and PP.

• Working knowledge of EDI/IDoc and other third-party interfaces.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

• Strong learning agility and adaptability.

• Willingness to travel occasionally based on project requirements.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.

• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
