Senior Software Engineer (Fluent English Required)

What you’ll do:

● Design, build and ship increments of our platform, Shuttlerock Cloud, to deliver impactful customer facing value

● Write testable code across a range of front and backend technologies, React/Typescript, and Golang

● Deploy cloud native applications on our Kubernetes cluster

● Be a technical lead within your team, mentor junior developers on their journey and be a buddy for new hires.

● Ship working software regularly using our highly automated CI/CD pipelines and GitOps approach using Terraform and ArgoCD

● Take the lead on our lightweight approach to high level design for our microservice architecture

● Work with an empowered and highly agile cross-functional team to deliver high quality software and features of any size at pace and at scale.

● Collaborate with Designers and other Software Developers of all experience levels on a daily basis.

● Take an active interest in the business and let this knowledge help inform your day-to-day technical decisions

● Work with your peers and technology management on improving the Shuttlerock technology-base. We are at the stage of our journey where our joint technology decisions will shape the company for years to come.

- Thiết kế, xây dựng, triển khai từng phần của Platform công ty, hệ thống Cloud để mang lại giá trị cho khách hàng.

- Viết mã lập trình trên nhiều công nghệ front-end và back-end như React/Typescript và Golang.

- Triển khai các ứng dụng đám mây nguyên bản trên cụm Kubernetes của công ty.

- Trở thành Tech lead trong đội ngũ, hướng dẫn các kỹ sư junior và hỗ trợ nhân viên mới.

- Thường xuyên bàn giao các phần mềm bằng quy trình CI/CD tự động hóa cao và phương pháp GitOps sử dụng Terraform và ArgoCD

- Dẫn dắt trong việc thiết kế phát triển kiến trúc Microservice.

- Làm việc cùng một đội nhóm đa năng, năng động để thiết kế các phần mềm và tính năng ở nhiều quy mô.

- Làm việc cùng đồng nghiệp và ban lãnh đạo trong việc cải thiện công nghệ của cty Shuttlerock. Những quyết định về công nghệ trong hiện tại sẽ định hình công ty trong thời gian nhiều năm tới.

- Được tin tưởng cùng với đội nhóm của bạn để hoàn thành công việc theo cách hiệu quả nhất.

- Cùng phát triển một môi trường làm việc tích cực, hợp tác, thân thiện và hiệu quả cũng như duy trì một Developer Experience (DX) tốt.

Minimum qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

● 7 years of software development experience, or 5 years with an advanced degree.

● Experience in React, Typescript, GoLang

● Experience in high quality applications with one of the leading three cloud providers.

● Ability to communicate and write in English fluently and idiomatically.

What might bring the extra edge

● Master’s degree or further education or experience in engineering, computer science, information systems, mathematics or other technical related fields.

● A curious eye and an appreciation and interest for the intersection of design & technology. We are a creative technology company, so curiosity and the will to think beyond the ordinary in this space would be a plus.

● Deep experience developing high-performance, accessible and I18n standardised web applications, sites and services. Our stack is evolving around GoLang, Typescript, React, Kubernetes and more.

● Practical experience of server-side rendering frameworks and blending these with reactive frontends (HTMX, NextJS, React)

● Practical experience with cloud-native / serverless technology. We are fully on AWS.

Tối thiểu

- Bằng đại học/cao đẳng phù hợp với ngành

- 7 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển phần mềm hoặc 5 năm cùng với Bằng thạc sĩ hoặc cao hơn.

- Kinh nghiệm với React, Typescript, GoLang

- Kinh nghiệm phát triển ứng dụng chất lượng cao trên nền tảng Cloud của 1 trong 3 nhà cung cấp hàng đầu (Azure, AWS, Google)

- Giao tiếp, đọc viết thuần thục bằng tiếng Anh. Sẽ làm việc với đội ngũ nước ngoài.

Ưu tiên:

- Bằng thạc sĩ hoặc cao hơn trong ngành IT hoặc liên quan

- Sự tò mò và yêu thích với mảng thiết kế. Chúng tôi là 1 công ty về creative nên khả năng đóng góp ngoài lĩnh vực công nghệ sẽ là lợi thế.

- Kinh nghiệm dày dặn trong việc phát triển các ứng dụng web, trang web và dịch vụ có hiệu suất cao theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế. Tech stack của chúng tôi bao gồm: GoLang, Typescript, React, Kubernetes…

- Kinh nghiệm thực tế với công nghệ Cloud/Serverless. Hiện tại chúng tôi sử dụng hoàn toàn AWS.
