Senior Software Engineer (Generative AI)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement generative AI applications, develop APIs to integrate ML models, and run experiments to improve application quality, personalization, and search relevance. Successful deployment rates, performance improvements, and user satisfaction metrics. Daily

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver AI-driven solutions, and monitor system performance. Quality and efficiency of solutions; timely task completion. Daily

• Stay updated on AI and machine learning trends, applying best practices for performance enhancement. Frequency and relevance of implemented updates. Daily

• Document processes, findings, and codebases to support team knowledge sharing and future reference. Documentation comprehensiveness and ease of use. Daily

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on applying machine learning models in production systems.

• Practical experience with generative AI APIs in medium/large-scale systems, especially for personalized features, recommendation engines, and semantic search.

• Proficiency in Python for building and deploying AI solutions.

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
