Senior Sourcing Specialist

*Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers across Vietnam for key product categories
*Conduct price benchmarking, supplier audits, and factory capability assessments
*Coordinate closely with China-based sourcing team and North America HQ to align on cost, quality and delivery targets
*Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers in Vietnamese and Chinese
*Manage sample approvals, production follow-up, and shipment tracking
*Maintain supplier database and performance metrics (quality, on-time delivery, responsiveness)
*Perform quality control checks
*Other related work to be assigned

Yêu cầu công việc
*Background in sourcing activities for major retailers like Costco, Sam's, Home Depot, etc.
*Over 8 years of experience in trading/sourcing industry
*Fluent in verbal and written English, Chinese would be a plus
*Computer skills in Word, Excel, PPT, AI, etc.
*Bachelor or above degree is preferred
