Senior Specialist, Agency Compensation

- Calculate, verify and reconcile… Agency Compensation, allowances and incentive, including tax deduction and payroll.

- Verify documents for proper payroll, and related data.

- Maintain Agency payroll systems and related fiscal documents in compliance with applicable laws, codes, rules and regulations of Finance & Accounting, Statutory and Company’s.

- In-charge to manage all Agency queries and objections relating to compensation and contests if any.

- Analyze commission and distribution cost data; provide insights and identify potential risk.

- Control and monitor exception approvals to ensure full compliance with company policies.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Math / Information Technology or related fields

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Insurance Industry.

• Knowledge of agency structure, hierarchy and patterns.

• Strong data processing skills.

• Fluent in using Excel, Access, VBA…SQL; experience with Power BI, Oracle SQL..is advance.

• Service-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Highly organized, detail oriented.

• Strong at problem solving. Being able to pivot, as needed.

• Ability to be punctual and disciplined to complete all assigned tasks by a set deadline.
