Major Accountabilities:
- Periodically review performance of Sales force and propose solutions for improving/increasing business productivity
- Design the Compensation scheme for Sales force
- Design the Incentive campaigns for Sales force within the approved budget
- Periodically review the Compensation scheme & Incentive campaigns and propose changes (if any)
- Communicate/explain the Compensation scheme & Incentive campaigns for Sales force, etc.
- Propose allocation methods for Sales support budget based on yearly KPIs
- Other tasks
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Sales Metrics (If relevant, describe type and amount.)
- Good teamwork skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to Withstand high work pressure
- Fluency in Excel (or Access), PowerPoint, Word
- Fluency in English
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Experience: At least 03 years working experience in Planning, Sales Analytics or Payroll for the Sales force of Life insurance
