The Center of Excellence (COE) Support is a critical role designed to assist Senior Specialists in executing COE initiatives across various business functions. This role focuses on providing comprehensive support in process improvement, procedural guidance, administrative tasks, data analysis, reporting, and logistics preparation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, analytical abilities, and a collaborative mindset to effectively drive COE objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and Procedure Support:
• Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across operations.
• Collaborate with Senior Specialists to identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative assistance for COE functions, including scheduling meetings, organizing workshops, and maintaining documentation.
• Manage logistics for COE events and initiatives, ensuring all materials and resources are prepared and available.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to COE initiatives, providing insights to guide decision-making and strategy formulation.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for Senior Specialists and relevant stakeholders to track progress and measure the impact of COE activities.
Guidance and Training:
• Assist in the creation and dissemination of guidance materials to support business units in understanding COE processes and services.
• Support the delivery of training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and awareness of COE procedures and initiatives.
Logistics Setup and Preparation:
• Coordinate logistical arrangements for COE activities, including venue selection, transportation, and others.
• Prepare necessary documentation and materials for meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders seeking information or support related to COE initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between the COE and various business functions to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
Continuous Improvement:
• Contribute to ongoing efforts to identify and implement improvements in COE processes and operations.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of COE initiatives and assist in developing recommendations for enhancements.
Project Coordination:
• Support the planning and execution of COE projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Track project milestones, report progress to Senior Specialists, and ensure adherence to established goals.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
• Experience in a Center of Excellence or process improvement role is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
