This role serves as the front-line contact for L&D at designated location(s), ensuring smooth execution of key L&D processes. It contributes to business performance by:
- Driving the talent agenda through planning and delivering development programs that strengthen the talent pipeline, support a culture of coaching and strengths-based growth, and cover the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to engagement, performance, and retention.
- Leading organizational learning by managing training processes aligned with business needs, integrating existing resources with innovative solutions
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, English, Law, etc, preferably in HR Management. Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Professional/Organizational Learning is strongly preferred. Professional Certificate in HR (SHRM, HRCI, AHRI, etc..) is a plus,
- 5+ years of working experience in HR Management with relevant practical working experience in Learning & Development for the medium-sized multinational hi-tech manufacturing organization (light industry) of developing, implementing and evaluating appropriate interventions in regard to L&D function.
- Skilled at developing and implementing aggressive learning plans with a full cycle of learning process, from Training Need Analysis, budgeting, implementation & delivery to evaluation and professional people development strategy in support of company goals.
