Senior Specialist, Partnership Distribution Planning

• Taking part in incentive/ contest/ compensation planning process: Work with Account Heads and partners to propose contest/compensation schemes, analyze data, cost projection, management approval submission, prepare/issue contest memos to stakeholders

• Budget control and expenses tracking: provide compensation tracking reports, analysis and measure the effectiveness of compensation/ contest plan

• Working with the relevant departments to get more insight of the business; Liaise with the Sales department to get and understand clearly their requirement

• Doing market research on competitors to understand more about the Distribution Compensation policy

• Managing the supporting activities for PD channels and ensuring the internal and external compliance of all activities

• Request to IT for developing and UAT system to support daily activities

• Other jobs as requested

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above

Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in Sales Performance Calculation/Analyst, preferably in Insurance industry

• Good command of English. (Korean language is a plus)

• Self-motivator with ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple priorities

• Strong analytic thinking and data processing skills

• Good knowledge in SQL Server, Power BI, VBA

• Strong PPT, Word, Excel

• Systems development Exposure
