Senior Specialist- Supply Chain Operations (Including New Vendors/ Products On Boarding)

POSITION PURPOSE

• Manage the on boarding process for Vendor

• Manage fulfillment processes to ensure a smooth and efficient flow for order shipment from origin countries to requested DCs.

• Take lead for Vendor ‘s On-time Delivery performance, Vendor’s Production Capacity

• Drive Supply chain improvement and value creation projects.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Implement & manage the on boarding process for Vendor ‘s new program

• Proactively & continuously follow-up PO status, analyses and take action to improve Factory delivery performance and ensure goods are shipped in time from Factory.

• Frequently conduct the Vendor/factory ‘s production capacity assessment and action for risk mitigation.

• Proactive working with Sourcing Team, QA Team, cross functions and US counterpart for all matters related to Fulfillment & Onboarding Topic

• Report management: Vendor Delivery on-time result, Open PO status, Pending Shipment status, another Fulfillment metric …

• Engage with cross function parties (Internal/External) to formulate and execute actions, innovation projects supporting business

• Develops proper methods to deliver KPI goals

• Bachelor or college degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Logistic, Supply Chain

• Qualified on Tableau / Power BI / Power Query are advantaged

• Minimum 5 years manage Supply Chain operation: with understanding on Supply planning or Supplier development, procurement, logistic …

• Experience working with factory is a must,

• Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders (Vendor, Internal & Global Team ...)

• Good Data Analysis skill including Power Query, Power BI or Tableau

• Project management skill is an advantage.

• Excellent presentation, verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills in English.

• Mandarin is preferred.
