Job Description
• Actively seek and develop innovative and creative sourcing strategies as well as emerging technology and tools.
• Collaborate closely with other team members in Asia , business HR and hiring manager to cultivate a talent pipeline of internal and external talent for hard to fill technical roles.
• Take initiative to connect / collaborate with local university / technical school to enhance / promote Molex branding at the same time attract fresh talent from the university.
• Build and manage branding campaigns/talent communities for targeted sourcing in Vietnam.
• Maintain a working knowledge of local employment related laws & regulations and internal employment policies/procedures; with responsibility to maintain compliance requirements
• Support APAC recruitment when needed
Job Requirements
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge in technical sourcing of talent.
• Good communication skill and willing to work closely with people.
• Able to work independently, having initiative to working with multi-resources in internally / externally to attract talent to Molex Vietnam.
• English & Vietnamese fluency
