- Lead the Specification activities to identify appropriate key account & project opportunities in line with segment strategy and to monitor progress and activity to support the project pipeline ensuring Saint-Gobain solutions develops competitive advantage and leads the market.
- Collaborate with regional Project Sales team, Marketing Manager and other business to ensure project specifications are managed effectively including improving the conversion of project resolution.
- Conduct regular assessments of the market needs and competition’s capability relating to our product offer, project specification and support, providing alternative tactics, solutions and support.
- Record and manage all projects, activities within CRM (Web and iPad) on a daily basis to ensure regular and effective communication across all relevant functions.
- B responsible for reporting performances based on CRM data output / standard reports.

Gypsum/construction material industry background with 5-8 years project experience
Practical and logical knowledge of construction products and project tender process
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly organized, strong sense of identifying and prioritizing issues
Highly self-motivated. Able to communicate enthusiasm and inspire
Broad overview of technical and building materials knowledge
