Senior Strategic E-Commerce Consultant

- The Senior Strategic E-commerce Consultant is expected to be able to communicate and understand the client’s challenges, develop a sound E-commerce strategy; also coordinate work with other strategic support services areas such as analytics, finance, designers, and marketing. Problem-solving, analytical approach, relationship building, flexibility, innovation, and creative thinking are necessary characteristics.

- Reports to Brand Comms Director.

1. E-commerce Planning, Strategy and Execution:

• Independently handle projects & deliver good strategic approach from A to Z (research, strategy development, outcome delivery).

• Identify the big picture and E-commerce strategies for clients that align & contribute to their business objectives.

• Conduct research to assess market opportunity, understand client’s internal business structure & challenges; and translate data and analysis into suitable E-commerce strategies for clients.

• Collaborate in creating and supervising E-commerce strategic plans, including pricing, product, channel, and promotional strategies.

• Supervising E-commerce daily activities including, but not limited to, Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok, Facebook, and Google

2. Project Lead, Directly work & consult for clients:

• Project lead - join and leading all important meetings with clients.

• Clarify client brief by understanding client’s needs, and identifying business objectives, challenges & opportunities to tap in through good & smart questions on briefing day. Also, need to manage client’s expectations & deliverables.

• Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements; Able to understand customers’ requirements and communicate to the company

• Optimize solutions, talk to proactively discuss how to solve problems with customers,

• Assist (the BD team) in the development and execution of pricing, pitching, reimbursement, and contracting strategies & implementation.

• Handle KPI & budgets consultancy, manage campaign costs, invoice and report.

Job requirements:

Basic Skills

• Solid understanding of all E-commerce platforms including, but not limited to, Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok, Facebook , and Google.

• Always stay up-to-date with the newest trends of E-commerce.

Personal Specifications

• At least 3 year of hands-on experience in E-commerce planning & execution.

• Excellent communication & presentation skills.

• Intuitive and analytical approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to multi-task: working on multiple projects & change direction quickly.

• Good English, both verbal & written communication.

• Flexible in working independently & as a team, determined.
