Senior Strategy Analyst (Base in Ha Noi)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Strategy Analyst to play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, supporting business transformation, and delivering data-driven insights to optimize performance across the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to shape the company’s strategic direction, enhance operational efficiency, and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Analysis & Market Research

Collect and analyze customer and market data to evaluate trends and business performance.

Assess internal operations and identify areas for improvement through stakeholder interviews and expert consultations.

Conduct comprehensive industry and competitor research to inform strategic decisions.

2. Solution Design & Strategy Development

Evaluate existing business and financial models across departments.

Propose actionable strategic directions and business model innovations.

Recommend operational improvements and digital transformation initiatives based on insights.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Implementation

Facilitate strategic workshops and alignment sessions with business units.

Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports to senior leaders.

Work hands-on with internal teams to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.

4. Decision Support & Growth Planning

Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights, identify business issues, and support executive decision-making.

Develop go-to-market strategies, operational optimization plans, and long-term growth roadmaps.

5. Other Responsibilities

Support ad-hoc strategic projects and business reviews as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data, IT, or related fields. MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is a plus.

3–5 years of experience in strategic roles within consulting firms, startups, or corporate strategy departments.

Strong exposure to market entry strategy (go-to-market), growth strategy, or operational excellence projects.

Proven ability to assess and develop business models and financial frameworks.

Solid analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, etc.).

Strategic mindset with a logical, structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to propose creative solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.

Strong team player with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under pressure.
