Mô tả công việc
• Apply deep technical design and construction knowledge of civil and structural engineering to support project planning and execution
• Deliver and oversee Local designers to ensure accurate and efficient design solutions using relevant codes (Vietnamese & international)
• Review, interpret, and contribute to local Designers structural calculations, drawings, and specifications for reinforced concrete and steel structures
• Lead and coordinate with structural design teams during the design, planning and construction phases
• Review and oversee designs from consultants and internal teams, ensuring technical compliance and constructability
• Oversee and input to contractor’s design and on-site structural works during construction
• Have experience working on heavy industrial facilities such as factories, plants, warehouses, and related infrastructure
• Monitor onsite quality, progress, and adherence to standards and construction documents during site execution
• Have a strong understanding of industrial construction challenges, including high-load design, structural dynamics, pile foundation works, and structural steel detailing/installation
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in design and site supervision
• Proficiency in structural design tools
• Good command of English (spoken and written) is a strong advantage
• Project Management Skill/Knowledge/Experience
• Professional attitude, leadership capabilities, and strong problem-solving mindset
• Experience with international projects or clients
• Familiarity with design coordination across disciplines (architecture, MEP, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willing and able to work initially in Ho Chi Minh City throughout 2025 during the design coordination and pre-construction phase
• Prepared to relocate to Hai Phong site from 2026/27 to directly oversee construction activities, ensuring effective execution and site coordination
