Job description

I. General Information



• Job title: Senior Supervisor HRGA



• Working time: from Monday to Friday, From 8 AM to 5 PM



• Department: HRGA





II. Tasks:





1. Compensation and benefits (40%)



- Manage the monthly payroll & insurance -Trade Union Fee- PIT.



- Manage the social insurance tasks and health insurance 24/7 as prescribed.



- Finalize yearly PIT.



- Implement the employee benefits prescribed under the Law.



- Manage labor contracts for Vietnamese and foreign employees under regulations.



- Consult trade unions following the regulations.



- Update /instruct new law on Insurance & Tax for employees and the Board of Directors





2. Organizational development & internal communication (40%)



- Implement a compliance review/adjustment.



- Implement the KPI assessment system based on the yearly target.



- Implement the internal communication plan.



- Implement activities to develop the company's core values as planned.





3. Administrative management (10%)



- Implement and manage legal documents of the Company and foreign employees under regulations.



- Purchase of working tools in the Company.



- Implement 5S activities in the office.



- Manage the non-trade suppliers.





4. Recruitment & Training (10%)



- Implement recruitment procedures & probation evaluation effectively.



- Implement regular training and integration training.





Job requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a Japanese company (preferred)



• At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position.



• Good communication in English.



• Careful, meticulous, proactive, and good at time management.



• Ability to work independently, hard-working with a can-do attitude
