Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Position Overview

Manage supplier quality end to end process including quality audits, quality planning, part qualification, problem solving and performance improvement.

You are responsible for

• Perform supplier evaluation and quality audits.

• Lead Supplier Part Approval Process.

• Work with suppliers to develop robust process control plan.

• Solve supplier quality issues to avoid impact on Supply Chain and Product Quality.

• Set up quality targets and monitor supplier quality performance.

• Lead Supplier Quality Improvement Programs.

• Establish relationship with suppliers and drive continuous improvement.

• Initiate and follow-up on corrective actions and verify effectiveness on-site.

• Accomplish other tasks assigned by supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in supplier quality management.

• Be familiar with Electronics manufacturing processes such as PCBA.

• Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA.

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required; Mandarin must be at business level (HSK 4–6 or equivalent)..

• Strong communication skills in a global company environment.

• Self-motivated.

• Able to travel 30% of the working time in Hanoi and across Southeast Asian countries
