Senior Supply Chain Manager

Reports to: Deputy Chief Operating Officer

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will oversee Operational Excellence and Supply Chain functions, driving strategic initiatives to improve process efficiency, cost effectiveness, and service quality across OnPoint. This role will lead the Supply Management team, champion process improvement projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory optimization and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence Leadership

• Define and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with company goals.

• Lead Lean and other performance improvement methodologies to enhance operational scalability and efficiency.

• Analyse operational data to identify inefficiencies and drive data-informed corrective actions.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across operations, fulfilment, and customer service.

• Champion change management, training, and communication efforts to ensure adoption of new processes.

2. Supply Chain Management

• Lead the 10+ people Supply Management team to run monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings.

• Oversee stock replenishment processes from suppliers to multiple e-commerce channels.

• Ensure accurate forecasting, stock allocation, and timely delivery to warehouses.

• Initiate continuous improvement initiatives to achieve greater efficiency and lower the cost of operations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders (sales, suppliers, warehouses, 3PLs, platforms) to align on supply chain processes.

• Monitor and report inventory status (DOI, SLOB, ATP, Expiry) and manage stock health.

• Drive new initiatives in pricing and supply chain management.

3. Customer-Centric Focus

• Work with Fulfilment and Customer Service teams to optimize end-to-end customer experience metrics (e.g., NPS, delivery time, issue resolution).

• Ensure operational initiatives are aligned with customer needs and service excellence.

1. Education background requirements: Master's degree is preferable

2. Experience/Industry requirements:

- 10y + at work, minimum 5y at same level

- Experience in managing operations in an Omni-channels practice from Supply Chain and Logistics standpoint

- Excellent horizontal stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to analyze and build optimization strategy for operational excellence

- Able to perform activities-based costing, analyze cost related to each operational activity throughout the end-to end supply chain, and identify opportunities for cost reduction

- Able to create a process map of operational activities, identify non-value-adding or inefficient activities, and seek opportunities to re-engineer processes

- Able to work with the team to creatively propose solutions, and make recommendations to improve operational KPI

- Practical experience in applying Lean Six Sigma methodology

- Strong focus on standardizing and simplifying processes, setting up operational principles, reducing errors, and training team members

- Analytical and able to utilize data and Business Intelligence to make informed decisions

- Strong bias for actions to achieve positive outcomes for business

- Fluency in English
