Senior Supply Chain PMO - Operations, SPX Express

As a Senior Associate in the Supply Chain Projects team, you will take the lead in planning and executing complex supply chain initiatives. You’ll drive high-impact cross-functional projects with autonomy and ownership, focusing on performance improvement and strategic execution across our operations network.

• Lead complex supply chain projects across functions (Operations, Business Development, Marketing, etc.), ensuring delivery on scope, time, and quality.

• Identify and resolve critical roadblocks affecting project timelines, efficiency, and alignment.

• Act as the project owner, taking initiative to manage stakeholders, align resources, and communicate progress to senior management.

• Raise and oversee strategic improvement initiatives across domains such as Demand/Supply Planning, Floor Productivity and Layout Optimization, Last-Mile Cost and Delivery Speed Optimization, and Network Design and Distribution Optimization.

• Conduct on-site audits and project reviews at key operational sites to identify improvement opportunities and secure successful go-lives.

• Design performance metrics and build dashboards using data analytics tools to monitor project impact.

• Drive post-project reviews, apply best practices, and recommend future areas for optimization.

• Do other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

• Other tasks are assigned by the Company from time to time.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, operations excellence, consulting, or industrial engineering.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from planning to implementation.

• Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance tracking and data interpretation.

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.

• High adaptability, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
