1. Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, and virtualization.
2. Troubleshoot hardware errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
3. Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
4. Deploy changes in accordance with the change control process; assist with the creation and updating of change control process guidelines. Support team members with change control process and escalations.
5. Continuously evaluate all systems and processes for service improvements.
6. Operating, managing, and deploying AWS systems with features such as availability, high-scalability, and fault tolerance.
7. Managing the complete AWS life cycle, along with security, provisioning, and automation..

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Experience:
- Strong knowledge of one cloud platform (AWS, Azure,…)
- 1+ yrs. in Cloud system administration
- 3+ yrs. experience in Linux/Windows administration
- Experience with Virtualization system management.
- Experience in Using monitoring tools.
- Experience with Docker and Container.
- Experience with database management (MySQL, MS SQL or Oracle) as a plus.
2. Language: Vietnamese, English
3. Skill:
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
- VPC, networking and routing & VPN setup and management.
- Bash scripting and Linux OS CL tools.
- Solid Linux systems administration skills.
- System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, AWS, or other network related fields are a plus
